Interview Workshop

Recording Studio - The recording studio having the best quality of equipment should of been the best sounding for the interview as it was a condenser microphone and was good but I don't really feel like it added much too the mode and meaning of the show, yes it sounded more professional but overall I felt like it wasn't as effective as recording outside with natural sound of day to day life. The microphone I used a condenser microphone which is used for recording studio's and is made for the sound quality of a recording studio and added the mode of an recording studio like a radio show does a bit bland until you add in sounds and music.

Inside - The interview being recording inside a normal class room was with also with a cheap digital microphone but didn't have any of the interesting background sound that outside did and wasn't recorded with a professional microphone like the recording studio, this i why i think it was the worst place we recorded the interview, yes you can pick up the voices of mine and Ryan's but isn't as clear as the recording studio and didn't have that realistic feel that outside recording did it was very bland and didn't really have any mode towards it and the meaning was very clear that it was just a cheap easy recording. I feel firstly that because it wasn't recorded with a good quality microphone you could tell the poor quality of the voice's picked up and because it didn't have much background noise expect the rusherling of paper it didn't create a good mode or meaning towards it.

Outside - For recording the show outside we using a cheap digital microphone and on the day we recorded it was very windy and a loud day with lots of school children around and traffic (Buses) even thou this was suppose to be the worst as we had a very cheap microphone that doesn't pick up much of our voice's surprisingly picked up all of our voices and even thou you could hear a lot of background noises I felt like for the mode and meaning it added something that the recording studio didn't have and that was realistic sounds and gave a very true meaning and also setting a a realistic mode for the audience that would have listen and we still done everything that was needed of us for the interview just in an outside setting which added a lot of mode and meaning.
